Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and CheapCarfaxAutocheck ("we", "us"). By using https://www.cheapcarfaxautocheck.com you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

We sell access to vehicle history reports (CARFAX® and AutoCheck®) and provide free vehicle research tools. Reports are generated on demand from licensed third-party data sources and delivered in your browser, with a copy available from your account.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3. Purchases, credits, and subscriptions

• Payments are processed exclusively by PayPal. Prices are shown before checkout; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Report credits from credit packs do not expire and are consumed one per single report (two for a two-report bundle).
• Subscriptions grant a daily allowance of report credits that resets at midnight UTC. Daily credits do not roll over. Subscription credits are consumed before permanent credits.
• Cancellation is immediate: your subscription stops renewing right away, remaining daily credits stay usable until midnight UTC of the cancellation day, and permanent credits are unaffected.
• Failed renewal payments suspend the subscription immediately until payment is resolved.

4. Refunds

Digital reports are delivered instantly and are generally non-refundable once generated. Our Refund Policy describes the cases where we re-generate a report or return credits, and how to raise a problem with a purchase.

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk automated querying, or reselling of reports or report data.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication, or payment.
• Reports are licensed for your personal or internal business use in evaluating a vehicle.

6. Report data — important disclaimer

Vehicle history data comes from third-party sources (including state DMVs, insurers, auctions, and service networks). We pass it through faithfully but cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. A clean report does not guarantee a vehicle's condition, and we recommend an independent inspection before any purchase. CARFAX® and AutoCheck® are trademarks of their respective owners; we are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on report contents.

8. Changes to the service or terms

We may update the service and these terms; the current version always lives at this URL with the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
